Re: Hows the change going?

Improvements from Obama:
1. He got Bin Laden
2. He is finally, maybe bringing home some troops
3. He wore dad jeans while throwing out a pitch at a game, thereby resurrecting a pair of my comfy jeans my wife heretofore didn't want me to wear. Hey, if the President can wear them, I can, too!
4. Sadly, far less than he promised, and after all this time, his supporters are still blaming Bush for everything.

My brother complained about Bush a lot, too. Now that my brother hasn't had a job for over a year, he stopped complaining about Bush..

Delmar,
Sorry about your brother but where's his bootstraps? if he's no longer complaining, will he still vote? Or, has he drank that "they are all the same" kool-aid, forgetting unemployment was 4.5% when the Bush tax cuts became law. Has the monthly unemployment rate ever got any lower? Obama's fault that for sure…although you might consider that as long as the opposition declares that its primary objective is to ensure the current President serves only one term that that goal will preclude any meaningful effort to create jobs during his term. That seems to be working for them and one understands their diehard opposition to any new taxes as that is what those who fund their electoral efforts wish, they are just saying what they are paid to say is one way to look at it.

It seems to me change runs long, political or economical change take their own sweet time in eventually fair but often hard ways. You, or the President can wear boxers or briefs and throw your pitches any way you wish but the foul wind the current president inherited blows back in our faces so often these days as we strive forward divided by rancor and resentments that are without merit.

Statistics aside, my brother had a job when Bush was Pres. I know he voted for Obama; I suspect if he is not working come election time, he will vote for another guy. My dad voted for every president elected since 1980. He basically voted how he was doing, or how he felt the country was doing. So, the lefties will always vote one way, the righties will always vote the other, but the folks in the middle pick the President.

Ol Alancita tries to slide in with the prospect that Obuma needs another 4 years to create jobs. Nice try but no cigar on that theory. If there was any slight improvement in ANYTHING, maybe. But with the current group in the WH another term would be a disaster. And the good part is the majority appears to have seen the light. Obuma has lost support from every sector. I think it would be justice to see Cain put him to packing. At least noone could claim it was a rascist move. Someone has already started in on Cain by moving the curly blond into jockeying position for sexual harrassment claims. Id love to x-examine her claim to fame. At least Lewisnsky had a stained dress hahaha. Bottom line is the leftwing commie Democrats fear my main man Bro. Herman from Georgia. Gonna be fun to watch this one.

Loony Tunes, your analysis covers its own little waterfront well and those unusual suspects were fully displayed in their charmless best last night. Good luck with whomever comes out on top, every dollar going their way now will not be available after this particular smoke screen settles...get my drift.

LT like ALL the right wingers are STILL crying over losing the election. And because they lost to a man that is half black the pain is more than they can take. QUIT CRYING already ! We had to deal with 8 years of the worst president this country has ever seen. It'll be over soon and Hillary will be in the white house. FACT, This hole was dug by G. Bush and G.Bush only.FACT, Clinton handed him a country that was several hundred billion in the black. FACT, G.Bush handed Obama a country that is a couple trillion in the red.

No crying for any election on my part. As a matter of fact I truly believe the U.S. DOES have the Government they DESERVE! I do appreciate your observation that the man in question is half black and therefore showing a bit more respect for his dear mother than the liberal mass media does by characterizing the current CIC as the first black president. His mother was a lovely white lady and should be remembered as just that. His white MOTHER. Getting back to the political arena. Its to far off to call at this point and believe me this is a big statement BUT, yes even Hillary would be an improvement. LOL

At least Obama has a mother Leftenant! Do you? What would you do if she was black? Your mother, not Obama's!

Accomplishments? Well his Daddy was black for starters! I'll get back to you with more LefTenant.

How's your man Cain looking now? Let's forget the sexual allegations for now, he can't explain his own economic policy, he doesn't know whether he is for or against abortion, he doesn't know what just happened in Libya, he didn't know that China has nuclear weapons, and he can't even manage his own presidential campaign, let alone the United States of America. Quite the man you got there.

Almost any candidate would beat what we have for President now. I particularly like his views on Muslims, queers, affirmative action, global warming and his foreign policy may need some polishing but peace thru strength is a great platform. As far as his view on Obama I think hes on target. I am definitely proud our opinions vary on this subject. Who does Great Britain have running canada nowdays? Hahaha Or is it under french control this decade? LOL
Re: Hows the change going?
November 30, 2011 08:04AM
Cain is the man. No doubt about it. A few minor slips of the tongue over a period of many stressful months bear no weight. His opinion on foreign policy need some polishing but the Peace thru Strength viewpoint is always a winner. Canadian neighbors should appreciate that. His opinions of global warming. queers, muslims, health care and energy seem absolutely correct. His view on Obama is perfectly clear and correct. What the U.S needs is a non hyphenated American for President. A man with some business experience would be a plus too.
By the way who does Great Britain have running canada now? Or is France in control this decade? Strange a person from a country that never earned, fought for nor gained independence is so concerned about the thier great southern neighbor. LOL!

Stand back folks, nothing going on here, the large troll is just lurking & loitering, seeking to infect others with his reactive virus. Bubbling under his burka, resides the last refuge of a scoundrel as his "patriotic" swill spills over in its effort to provoke. Consider the source and let this little dog stay under the porch, gumming its own grimy little grimace. As to Canada, 1914 and 1939 are the numbers and years that are deeds better than words.

It's a moot point because the Republicans are not going to vote for Cain even if he doesn't announce on Monday that he is quitting the campaign. As far as the Canadian crap, you may want to check the Statue of Westminster enacted in 1931.

Yeah that Act of giving was clear as a bell. Given a bit of Independence. The U.S.A. and Mexico both fought and WON independence. Thats the BIG difference!
As far as Bother Herman is concerned its a damn shame that the liberal left wing media can do such destruction to a good man over NOTHING important. That being the case alot of people should wakeup and end their marriage yesterday. That goes for alot of men that leave their wives in Pto to play around while returning north! Hahaha Touch any nerves?

Like all Republicans and Conservatives your argument against the President is "he must go," totally ignoring his significant accomplishments in the face of Republican lock-step opposition, whose commitment to America goes no further than Obama must be a one term President.

Forget that GM is alive and Osam bin Laden is dead. Forget that finally America is on the way to helping all Americans stay alive, in spite of the Republican fantasy that the private sector will provide health care. Forget that Americans are finally leaving the killing fields of Iraq (how dd we get there BTW?). Ignore that the total financial collapse that many expected in 2009-10 was avoided. Don't admit that employment is finally, slowly, recovering from the carnage of the Bush years' war on society - unfunded wars, tax breaks for those who don't need them, and general fiscal irresponsibility - who said "deficits don't matter." Hint: he is in hiding as Dick Cheney.

OK want to see how all the Obama backers will spin this one, with an open microphone, he tells the current President of Russia, don't worry after I am re-elected I will be able to push through any agenda. That does not concern any of you? Let the crap flow.

One of Bushes 8th generation slave families can be looked up and was given the name "Dowling".
Hence half the attributes of a clone like replicant that looks mirror image to all the other smart androids that cant do anything without someone telling him to do it and still failing.
Even the US service did not want him.

A "highly qualified black American like Herman Cain". Pretty funny. That is a joke, right? How the crucible of the elections reveal what a fraud the Republican party is.

Here's some for you:

1) American Reinvestment and Recovery Act - the counterfactual would have been far, far worse.

2) Obamacare - what is it, 46 million more Americans will have access to healthcare?

3) Got Bin Laden - 'nuff said

4) The guy can think straight. At least to anyone who can follow logic.
