Barra de Navidad is a small community on the bank of the Río Colotepec 3 miles southeast of Puerto Escondido. Turn off of hwy 200 at the 14km marker. Note that Barra de Navidad, Oaxaca, may sometimes be confused with Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, also on this web site. See aerial photos.
