Me again. I am coming down there 2 weeks after breaking a couple ribs skiing. Should be fine, but am wondering if there is a doctor nearby, maybe in Puerto Angel, or do I have to travel further?

There is a Casa de Salud in Mazunte, at least one doctor in Zipolite and another in Puerto Angel, as well as a very good private clinic in Pochutla. No need to worry!

There is also a Casa de Salud in Puerto Angel, but not easy to find. The last time I went to to Consultoria next to the farmacia in Puerto Angel, I was very favorably impressed with the doctor there, a young woman with decent English.
