What would be the best airport to fly out in oaxaca of going to Canada. Dont mind a little sihtseeing on way. How far is hutalco or Puerto Escondido...is it a smooth ride or thru the mountains as I get very sick.
I know nothing about flights from Canada to Oaxaca but do know the highway to the coast well. Allow at least 6 hours to drive from Oaxaca to the coast. The highway through the mountains is very curvy so you'll want to take something for your motion sickness. It's a beautiful ride.
Best airport to fly out of Oaxaca to Canada is Huatulco. Air Canada and West Jet fly direct to Toronto, Delta and Aero Mexico require a stopover. As well, there are several charter companies flying from Montreal, Toronto, Vcr, Calgary.
