We must sell our 1975 Safari/Thing, we need something more enclosed for a very long road trip with 3 dogs. It is in fab shape. The chassis, body, engine, etc have been stripped down, repaired, sealed and put back together, no hidden rust or rot. Serial numbers on body matches chassis number, built in Puebla. Tyres all around with less than 1500 miles, new brakes/system, new clutch, new starter, new wheel bearings, new steering & it tracks, new suspension F&B, new fuel system & clean tank, new battery, rebuilt original seats F&B covered in Sunbrella, new floor, all the dash works, both wipers working, hard top, all 4 windows, current Oaxaca plates will be paid. One of the nicest you will see here. Have put in over 700 new or original re-built parts, Have parts manual with all parts replaced noted with dates, copy of original driver's manual. Less than 1500 miles on re-built engine.
GOOD PRICE or WILL TRADE for 2000+ model; Toyota Rav 4, Nissan X Trail, Honda CRV, Subaru Forester, 6-cylinder Great Shape Jeep Grand Cherokee, Volvo wagon or in a pinch: Toyota or Nissan crew cab pick up with shell. Any must have Mexican plates not US or Canada.
