Need Help. I am trying to get some information from the Hotel Victoria in Oaxaca, there is a problem with their web site and I can't communicate with them. Would anyone be capable to get me the email address so I can send them a note.

I have never used site like booking.com, travelacity etc, is it preferable to book with these agencies or direct with the hotel ?
