Place to stay for one month...

Would like to stay withing 8 blocks or so of the Zocolo in Jan '16 or Feb. '16 for up to one month. This is for one person, male. Must be quiet, have kitchen, balcony or courtyard, be safe and unique...Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
