Cihuatlán, Jalisco

Cihuatlán is located on highway 200 on the río Marabasco at the eastern border of the state of Jalisco. The town, which dates back to the time of the Spanish conquest, is a business center for the area which includes the towns of Barra de Navidad and Melaque. The Tiangus market day is on Tuesday.
