Hi Nanci and Loren, I'm just home from Oaxaca - my wife and I took the local bus to the Tlacolula mkt - wonderful ride. It leaves from just past the baseball stadium, in front of a Volkswagen dealership. Best way to get to bus is to take a cab and tell the driver you want the bus to Tlacolula mkt.
