More Dogs Than Ever?

I know Zipolite is that cool place that everyone can do their own thing. But man are there a lot of dogs here now. Last night barking sporadically pretty well all night in our area. Is there any control over these varmints?

There are a couple of ex-pats, one gringa and one German that I know of, who try to take care of the animal's health. Most Zipolite dogs are very mellow and the exceptions usually get "culled", one way or another. The flea and tick problem is outrageous, though. With a little luck, maybe an application of nematodes might make things better if applied during the rainiest part of September. temps might still be too high...
