There are a couple of ex-pats, one gringa and one German that I know of, who try to take care of the animal's health. Most Zipolite dogs are very mellow and the exceptions usually get "culled", one way or another. The flea and tick problem is outrageous, though. With a little luck, maybe an application of nematodes might make things better if applied during the rainiest part of September. temps might still be too high...
