need hotel recommendation

I will need to go to Oaxaca sometime soon. Usually I stay near the zócolo but with the teachers doing what ever they do, I prefer to be a little bit away.

I need to be in the historical area. Can anyone recommend a hotel in the 400 peso range?

I think the rooms with the shared bath were about 400 p fpr a single including a very satisfying breakfast.
