I assume when you did this your couldn't see your own cam

That's what I find

And you need to have computer running with the Upstream console running on 'broadcast'

I did have another computer running during the 3 of July fireworks so I know it works.

I have a camera on the way that will work for a permanent outdoor installation

I know it works because I saw the first test .... but the trick is to do it without a computer which Upstream seems to require
