Update on Mazatlan Beating

The news this moring NOB says that mexican officials have been viewing video tapes.
They say the perpetrator is not mexican, not a member of the hotel staff and not the woman's husband.
The girl is awake now but has contracted pneumonia!

he was arrested..he is mexican...not a tourist...lives in mazatlan...was first thought to be staying at the hotel...or possibly just someone who snuck in at night
???? this is tragic. or is he a scapegoat?? i was disgusted they allowed him to be interviewed on television... what a system!!
