Hi all. I am posting as a frequent winter visiter to the permanent expat community. You all have seen the winter changes this year. Fill me in , please. I very much like the area and want to return as soon as possible like many folks. We usually spend Jan. and Feb., but are unsure about the possibilities for 2022. Please, no luxury required, but we need to be able to cook, one of our main entertainments. Just needing to enjoy time with others doing the same. Do you know of a place?
