It isn't just Mexico that has a big 'drug' problem. This is the Filipino solution...and it's rough. Bet Mexico and a few other countries are watching to see how this 'final' solution to the drug problem pans out.

legalize all recreational drugs and educate users...and reshape the way folks treat each other...none of those photos would have been necessary.

Perhaps a more humane solution might be to study the Portugal experience, or even Uruguay

Some people like to shoot first and ask questions later.
