Yesterday we had occasion to use for the second time, a tapiceria in Villa de Alvarez called La Campana. This time he took out the caning of the seats of our dining room chairs & repaired them with webbing and they "sit" much better now. He had previously repaired an antique chair seat for us and did beautiful work.
It is called La Campana - no sign that I could see.....

It is maybe 1/2 mile east of City Club on the same side of the street, past Silva's Seafood outlet...there is a Casa Empena on the next corner & then this place is next to a tire repair shop at the next corner. You will see furniture sitting all over the front of the shop.
