At our place just outside of Comala, my wife found a Triatoma sanguisuga insect in the atrium while cleaning yesterday. Also known as the “kissing bug,” it carries the parasite that transmits Chagas disease which is often fatal if not treated, although it may take years for the infection to become evident. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with it. It is common in the State of Colima.
