Have been to Huatulco 6 times, the last time 2011, basically the first two weeks of Nov. and did not have any rain at all. Was curious what the rain situation is there in Puerto Vallarta at that time, seems that the rainy season is winding down, but would appreciate an informed opinion from anyone living or having visited in that timeframe.
