The lines are not to bad at the moment.. Some days are worse than others it seems. Expect to be there for an hour at least. The lady that hands out the numbers for waiting will tell you everything you need for your situation.
The INM building is located at the Marina(cruise terminal), across from San Javier Hospital. I do not know of any phone number you can call for them.
