I can only hope there is a MoneyGram outlet in Cihuatlan. Juanita lives in Imperial Beach and wants to send money to her family. She does not speak fluent Ingles and does not use a computer. I have to telephone her with this info. She says she knows a taxiista in Melaque but has no way to contact him. Looks like the telephones and cellulars are not working in E.R.
