Playa Tejoncito is located at the western edge of Bahía Conejos. It has a 300' gently sloping beach, calm waves, and shallow depth. Good for swimming, snorkeling, diving, and fishing. Accessible by boat.
Land access to the beach has been blocked for years, illegally. A condo project is planned that will physically block land access and there is some question to the legality of this development. Buyers should exercise caution. Relevant Mexican law.
