Why don't all you rednecks, meet over at Bigotes and solve all the world's issues. Oil prices, interest rates, droughts, cost of goods, bla, bla, bla, Trudeau had absolutely nothing to do with any of it. Canada is at the mercy of all the big boys around it. Good idea, move this thread to Trip Advisor or somewhere else, useless. It may make more sense.by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum

I went shopping the day after the election (this morning), and everyone I ran into, seemed a bit more effervescent, even the bar staff at lunch had a bit of kick in their heels, not the drab old plundering along, being somewhere they don't want to be. I didn't vote Liberal, but am also glad with the Liberal majority. I may even see a raise in my OAP and CPP pensions. The Can. $ roseby por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum

Maybe our Steve-arino is honing his typing skills? My diagnosis, is, he is lonely, insecure, and just plain old bored. Meds could definitely play a roll in the situation. As another member said, thanks to him, for gobbling up megabytes or whatever those things are called, for us having to sign in to see anything. Thanks, Steve!by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum

And, if I am not mistaken, during the 1812 punch up, the Canadians burnt down the prestigious White House. Ask any war mongering country, they all know not to piss off a Canadian, or we'll send out our navy, comprised of 12 Walmart canoes, and 6 - 2 men kayaks, armed with ole Roll Up the Rim to Win mortars.by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
I have never seen so many officiating boners in all my life. My daughter plays rep soccer, and there would have been a bloody rebellion on the sidelines. Even an honest American soccer fan would agree. Ruined my day. I wonder what it cost the Yanks???????????? You don't see this bu!!sh!t in any track and field, only where there is a few crooked referees.by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
Andy didn't act, he was being is natural self. No wonder he was always smiling, doing himself, and being paid well. Andy was suppose to be the silly ass in Andy of Mayberry show, but Don Knotts took over being the silly bugger, so Andy went through it being the straight man. Don Knotts was one of most comical people I can ever remember seeing. I can still break out laughing looking at thby por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
It's also the 200 year anniversary of "The War of 1812". The score at the end was, Canada won, and the U.S.A. didn't. We burnt down the White House, but they are getting even with us now, so we break even. Happy July 1st, have a few beer fellow Canucks, and to our American brothers, have a great 4th of July. Quite a number of forum members showed some interest in the past re: trying to grow corn like NOB. This documantary is extremley informative on YOU TUBE. You may type in "The world according to Monsanto" This film was made in conjunction with the Canadian Film board, in other words, Canadians financed it. It is lengthy, 1 hr, 49 minutes, but well worth it. So grab a few beer, someby por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
Oddly enough, an south east Asian was popped in South Vancouver this morning. Police figure it is related to the gink in Neuvo Vallarta that took a couple in the head at a Starbucks franchise. I wonder if the police just sit on their hands during sprees like this, and drink Timmy Hortons, and pound back the doughnuts? Have at'er boys.by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
I think Vancouver was on the list of places to go, but didn't he opt out, as there was a group of well educated Canadian scholars that insisted he be arrested and held for war crimes, committed in various locations around the world, but specifically, IRAQ? LT, I know of, exactly of what you speak. The peaceful group you mention are infiltrating every country in the world, to the extent, with existing bith rates of various peoples in many countries, will make them the dominant sector of the population within 15 to 20 years in the likes of England, Holland, Germany, etc. Originally, like Canada, it was mainly because they were a source of cheap labby por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
I have the misfortune of living in one of the most over-regulated provinces/states in NA. Up here, even the cigarette display case can not be shown to the public, yet condoms are out on display like Mars bars. I use none of the above, but the Sheriff hit the nail on the head. Happens every trip through Phoenix, same bar, same old worn out piece of scrawny misery, serving me. It is likely part of the Homeland Security rules, policy, regulations, and faldera! Old burnt out misery doesn't even look. I could drag a bus pass out of my ass pocket, from high school, and she would reluctantlanty still give me a beer. I have a friend, almost a little brother, to me, and he has the adventure and desire to copy this contraption. Money is not an issue with him, so look for a Canadian Dolphin at your local Sea-Doo outlet. Great idea, but not for old farts. like me. Thanks for posting D & D.by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
That's fine, Nancy, but many posts that irritate the locals because of their investments being bruised, are either ridiculed by those same people, or moved to Off Topic. Anyone in business in the area of Melaque or Barra, be it part time or full time, take offence when someone mentions it. I don't blame them. It doesn't shock me, in the least, that topics such as this are not on the main Barra-Melaque forum, where many start, but are hastily moved to "Off Topic". There are far too many Barrites and Melaque-es with vested interests, to tolerate such nasty news, whether it is Culican or Gaudaljara, it is still too bloody close to home. 50% seems a bit high for a Canadian, unless your are Galen Weston or Jimmy Pattison, with non creative accountants. Personally, I pay pretty much sweet dick, and what I do pay, I get every fenig(peso) back. With all taxation in Canada, I can see maybe 30% taxation including non food items, entertainment, beer, booze at the LCB, the list goes on and on. 1/2 the Bruin team was from Beautiful British Columbia and the rest of Canada, and yes, they tore us a new ---------. Why, because the Canucks lost pizzazz, were hurting, and maybe got told by the league, "You will not win, there is too much Yankee $ on the line(in TV), so we'll throw some unfair officiating at you." For those of you that know Vancouver, Old Festering Trump is actually a reincarnation of Murray Pezim and Nelson Skalbania, wrapped in one little package with 18 strands of hair. A Northern Coho will give you the fight of your life. I have had them run with 200 feet of line, just a dancing. AND, done on the BBQ by a native lady in Hakai Pass, likely the best eating fish in the world. Much different than all other species of Salmon. Hey Zoom, You would be well advised to take up Ms. Machin up on her offer, about July, August. If you latched onto a Northern Coho, hang onto your hat. Even a lumpy old 45 lb. Spring(Chinook, King and whatever else Alaska calls them) can be nice when it comes up into the boat. I have only watched the first 4 of the 10, The Water Engine. Well worth the time, beats the hell out of Dancing with Stars, watching a Clydesdale, called Christi, flit around a polished stage with some poor scrawny "questionable". Will watch the remaining 6 before the Canucks game. Thank you Sparks.by por rompinreggie - Off-Topic Forum
