Wait until you get to PV. On your first morning there, find the Primera Plus stop in old town (located at Venustiano Carranza 393). They open at 10 am (sometimes a bit later...hey, it's Mexico!). Purchase your tickets there.by 2 centavos - Puerto Vallarta
RFC's are issued at SAT Offices. SAT Iis located at Av. Francisco Villa 1292, Las Aralias, 48328 in Puerto Vallarta.I However, I am trying to figure out why you need to have a RFC to register a new vehicle, unless you are in/or have a business in Mexico. If you are just purchasing a vehicle for private use, the dealership should be able to issue you a factura without you having a RFC, (by 2 centavos - Puerto Vallarta

It is probably the most active board in PV and you will likely get a good response to your question.by 2 centavos - Puerto Vallarta

There's a real simple solution to avoid travelling through Mexico's troubled border areas....fly. It's a whole lot less stressfully and amazingly fast. Personally, I always hated driving through those border crossings, even long before they achieved their current notoriety.
