We went to Tenacatita on Sunday, October 20th The drive to the beach from the main highway was uneventful. There was a State police vehicle with a couple of officers parked about 1km before you reached the beach and, while this appeared to be a permanent set up, they were not stopping or taking any other action against the vehicles passing their location. Thank you Comala Host - beautiful picture. We've been to Colima and Comala a number of times and really enjoy ourselves when there. Unfortunately, the volcano is not always visible. We are planning a day trip when our family is with us and one of the highlights would be seeing the volcano so guess we'll just take our chances.by lovinit - Colima - Comala

Adobe doesn't support Windows Vista 64 bit - my operting system - see note from Adobe --- Note:Flash Player does not support 64-bit versions of Windows XP and Vista. Thanks for the info - tried to access the University web cam and it tried to install a viewer on my computer but it wouldn't install. Error message said that it couldn't be registered to my computer. Have you used this web cam?by lovinit - Colima - Comala
We will have family visiting over the Christmas / New Year season and are planning a day trip to Colima - hoping to to be able to see the volcano. Having been there a number of times, we know that the volcano is not always visible. Does anyone know if there is information source in Colima where one can check this daily.
