Posada Canon Devata and Mateo Lopez

I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the status is with Posada Canon Devata (or Posada Pacifico) in Puerto Angel. Does Mateo Lopez still own the property? If not, who are the new owners? Have any plans been made public? Thanks for any information you are able to provide.

I was there in February. The posada had ten or 12 people living there.
Mostly students and professors from the Marine School. No tourists.
