Lichin is actually a woman (a spitfire!), and "Tico" is her husband from Costa rica. (Who really doesn't have much to do with it!)
Her brother has a huge show, Polymarchs, that tours all over Mexico.
Every once in a while, they come to Puerto, and blow every ones eardrums out with their heavy duty sound system!
