Looking for current information on Hubert Lichter. He's a German-American guy who's been in Puerto Angel for quite a few years. He's had severe health problems and I have not been able to contact him for months. My two contacts in Puerto - Gerard Mannering (Lalo) and Luther Radford have both returned to the States and have not heard from him.
Any info on this old friend will be appreciated.
