In the Barra / Melaque area, try Pepe at 315 Automotive, next to the Ag store, a couple of hundred yards from the new Pemex on the highway through the Melaque Via Obregon area.
Pepe speaks fluent English, is honest, does good work, and takes and keeps appointments.
