"He is either loony or likes to cause trouble or both"

Sparks: When I first saw this (appears to be quote), I thought you had taken to talking to yourself¡ Now it looks like your new 'sig line'. Is that the case?

Do you mind sharing who said it and who is "he" in this quip please? I looked back to see if it was you and the Guvv having one of your private 'dances' but I haven't been able to figure it out after looking for its origin on tomzap..

If that quote were to be about me, I would say the latter must be fact (both). If it is about the Guvv, well, I guess I couldn't say enough.

Thanks

Nb: sparks, I am only serious about the second paragraph.

I believe sparks is quoting me and I was referring to only one person and it was you buzzard. Don't drag others in.
