I had been monitoring this situation since the beginning. There cant be enough said for all the men and women from all over the world involved in the kids rescue. The Thai SEALS job was one of the most complicated Ive ever heard of. Their work was perfect! To have all those boys and the coach safe and sound is awesome. This is a great day for mankind! May God Bless them all.
Those boys need a good bellyfull of barbecued pull pork!

First due to being overly enthused on the rescue of the kids I failed to mention the tragic loss of one Thai SEAL during the rescue. My sincerest apologies for that. RIP.
Now it appears the battle isnt quite over due to the possibility of a rare cave disease called histoplasmosis. The good part is they all seem to look and feel fine and are gaining weight. Their wishes include some good ol Thai pulled pork and some KFC. Id throw in some Dominoes pizza and a few Big Macs for good measure!

The only hope is a gentleman new to Puerto named Ken. He built a pit and will take orders on real smoked bbq. Not the kind of meat currently found thats been boiled, striped with a magic marker and warmed up with store bought bbq sauce smeared around on it. Ken will take orders so next time your in the vicinity check it out!

Its not babbling Einstein. While the boys were still trapped and their future was uncertain some of the kids sent out letters to their family wishing for Thai Barbecued pork roast. And we all thought it was a touching message considering the very unfortunate circumstances plus physical and mental stress being endured. Had it been logistically possible I would have found it an honor to accomodate their wishes. Their rescue was well publicized and everyone involved should be commended on a job well done IMHO. JFTR.
