Interesting that this was moved to "Off Topic" since this was sent out by the American Embassy to all registered US citizens in Mexico and is especially important to those who may be thinking of travelling to West Africa. Apparently the US Embassy thought it was pertinent to people living and/or visiting Mexico. We are fortunate to have 2 US citizens living in Puerto who are local contacts for the American Embassy and whose job it is to see that information sent out by the Embassy is disseminated to US citizens visiting or living in the Puerto area. I would think the information who be pertinent to any visitor/resident of Mexico regardless of their nationality.

Perhaps "Off Topic" is an area interested folks should check for new messages. Sort of like the "Main Page" or maybe even looking in the "Main Index" when researching for basic information. Just sayin...
