so, after allmost one year I would like to ask you where your proposed 2nd Tomzap Site or your website of PE is?

The site info was in a 72 page summary of denuncias in the PGRDF. Never made it to the web. However many have made it to unemployment or prison as a result. Thanks for being so concerned.
