Flight to Manzanillo

We arrived in Manzanillo today in a Piper Arrow and took this photo of Volcán de Colima on the way by.

I cannot compete with the aerial views, but here is a long distance shot from this morning.
It stopped briefly on the overpass where the free road joins the toll road just outside Armeria and took this shot - about 72kms from the nearest volcano according to Google earth.

sorry Jupiter - a little too far to make out the birds!

I have finished uploading the aerial photos of the (entire) coasts of Jalisco and Colima. I still have some indexing to do but you can use the Search function to locate specific areas now. Please advise me of any corrections to existing place names as well as the addition of any unlisted place names. There are some 800 beach photos and there will be more inland aerial photos to come.

Really interesting to see how it all looks from the air. I have driven all that area and it looks so different from the road.
