Colima car plate renewal

Went to col.gob.mx and clicked on finanzas but found nothing about renewing placas. Any idea what I failed to do?

Thanks OD Dave, appreciated. Oddly clicking on yours took me to the correct spot but inputting same direct to yielded different results. Found all the info albeit a tad confusing. My concern became they showed a large tenencia sum. Earned that was 100 discounted but couldn’t seem to get the correct billing to pay on line...will probably go to Soriana on Techno as I have no idea where “Super Kiosko “ or Godess of the Water are located- yeah really Diosa del Agua.
