Looking for owner of small dive tank

Hi,

A man from La Manzanilla left a small dive tank with us January 2009, he came in last week and we couldn't find it. Now we have found it and I have it guarded safe and sound here at Sea to Sierra but I can't find his name or contact information anywhere. He is tall and fair probably late 40's early 50's. If anyone there in La Manz knows who he is please let him know that I have the tank here.

I wonder if Janice might know who he is.

If she might I'd love to get his tank back to him. I have searched my emails high and low and can not find his name. Does the name Jim Edgar mean anything to anyone? I have a note (written by someone else) in my book about a tank fill for Jim around that time.
