Yoga and Pilates in La Manzanilla

Hi Everyone,
I invite you to join me for classes at Bending Tree Yoga and Healing Center, 130A Playa Blanca, La Manzanilla (2 blocks down from Martin's Restaurant). Experience open-air classes amid the songs of the jungle. All classes are donation only and mats are available.

YogaPilates Combo: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10 a.m.

Go Deeper (Deep stretching and restorative practice to open up the body, mind and spirit): Tuesday, Thursday 9-10 a.m.
