Got Wind?

Is there any weather station in La Manzanilla. I am living in Melaque and lately it never seems to get windy enough for kiteboarding. I was up there 2 weeks ago and there was plenty of whitecaps on the bay. I asked a local gringa and she claimed it was strong enough for whitecaps everyday. Drove up again... nada. But an hour after I left I guess it was blowing.
Verdad?
If there isn't a weather station, is the a "bay cam". Looking for any wind over 12kts

I used to windsurf quite a bit Scott's Creek and Wadell so I still have a pretty good feel for windspeed..john

Trouble is that is not La Manzanilla ... maybe somewhere on Tenacatita Bay

Definitely prime kite sites that make me drool. This year has been somewhat strange here in Melaque. I've never gone 16 days without a single whitecap.
