Several years ago we were in La Man and there was a beautiful display of bioluminescence in the surf. We ask a “local” about it and she said it was fairly common but in many subsequent visits we have not seen it again. Can anyone tell me if it is “fairly common” and if so, are there is some way to anticipate it? I have seen it many times in the Gulf of Mexico but this was my wife’s first time and she would like to experience it again.
