A slight relief for land owners in Tenacatita

I have a small piece of good news for anybody who owns land in Tenacatita. On some threads and forums there has been the piece of information going about that you only had 15 days to get a legal challenge in to the courts.

This is not entirely true. I was speaking to my lawyer this morning and he said that it is 15 days for those who were there and were notified at the time of the eviction. For those of you out of the country then once you return make sure immigration stamp your passport, FM2/3/FMT and from that date you have 1 month to get your papers in.

This is to prove you were outside of the country and weren't notified.

Hope this helps some of you.

Nice to see this subject dealt with in the Tenacatita thread.
A few months from now people will never be able to find the discussions mis-filed under Melaque/Barra.
