RIO
GRANDE

Rafting down the Rio Grande on the one-day trip from Lajitas to the mouth of the Santa Elena Canyon in Big Bend National Park. Due to heavy water use upstream with a continued decline in flow, the one day trip is not likely possible. A trip upstream from the mouth of the canyon might be more practical if a short expedition is desired.
