Melaque's Plaza Principal is located just 3 blocks back from the beach and is the business center for this small town. In the photo at left, the Parroquia de San Patricio can be seen in the background. To the right and out of view on the south side you will find a taxi stand, the Farmacia Plaza and Mi Casa Restaurant and Cantina. On the north side is the Delegación de Melaque and the Police Station.
