Pepes concept was to build six bungalows on the Santiago Peninsula. Authenic Mexican construction with "thatched" Palapa roofs, each with a kingsize bed, native decor, proper toilet facitities, sunken baths with authentic Mexican tile, a stocked mini bar, and a covered deck with a hammock to enjoy the awesome sunsets.

Also included is a cliffside jacuzzi, swimming pool, bar stocked with all of your needs and a special freezer for 24/7 Margarita made with an aged formula for perfection.

All this and more in one of Mexico's most sought after private gated communites offering miles of flower-filled walking streets, a pristine private beach club (without hawking vendors) and four lighted tennis courts with hitting and teaching pros at very reasonable rates.
