Playa Marinero, a 200-meter long beach, is located between Playa Principal and Playa Zicatela. Convenient to downtown Puerto Escondido, Marinero is a favorite swimming beach and suitable for surfers not yet ready for the perils of Playa Zicatela. Also a nice spot to watch the sunset.
