There is a taxi stand as well as convenience, liquor and food stores and a lavanderia a block away on Calle Nueva España. The beach is only 2 blocks away and it is about a 10-minute walk or a 20-peso taxi ride to Barra Centro.

Lucero de Avila is a 21st century shaman, whose promise to herself is to dedicate her knowledge and healing gifts to the service of others. The healing work offered at Casa Holistica Sol is based on integrated energy work, rejuvenating self on spiritual, physical and psychological levels by tapping into cosmic energy sources.
She is certified as a Spiritual Human Yoga, and has studied extensively with Doctor Master Luong Minh Dang, Ph.D.
