Just a 10 minute drive from downtown Puerto Escondido, you will find Casa Chelonia down a winding tree lined road at the Villas Cumana gated properties. This simple, new, tastefully decorated home with beautiful ocean views and gardens offers you a secluded beach vacation. Listen to the ocean waves at night, relax in the infinity pool upstairs, entertain under the large palapa in the spacious living/dining room areas, enjoy the sun in the poolside lounge chairs, watch the sunset over the ocean, all just a minute's walk to the beach.

Casa Chelonia has a fully equipped kitchen with new granite counters, new refrigerator, stainless oven & microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, juicer. There is a small breakfast nook just off the kitchen, and upstairs bathroom. All rooms on the first floor have doors opening to the front veranda. First floor offers one king bedroom with bath and one double bedroom with sleeping area for a child, separate bath; each with screened windows. The large tastefully decorated living room with flat screen TV/VCR has large open air doors. Covered parking, outdoor shower, ceiling fans throughout house.

(Note: As we are a short drive from town, a car will be needed, there is a Budget car rental agency near the airport in Puerto and Económica, with airport pick-up, near Playa Zicatela, and we are a one-hour drive from Huatulco where there is a Hertz, Thrifty and Europecar.)

Low Season: (April to October)   US$1100 per week ($170/night)
High Season: (November - March)   US$1250 per week ($190/night).
Christmas/New Year's/Easter:   US$1460 per week ($209/night)

• There will be a one night's deposit required at time of arrival to cover any damages, refundable upon departure.
• Cancellations more than 60 days before the beginning of your reservations will result in a 100% refund of your money (less any wire transfer fees). Cancellations within 60 days to 30 days of your reservation will receive a 50% refund, cancellations within 30 days of your reservation will not receive refund unless we can refill your reservation (a partial refund may occur based on partial occupancy).
