Description

This property is absolutely unique in Puerto Escondido. Centrally located near the lighthouse, it offers spectacular views and privacy at a very reasonable rental rate. La Casita is a ten minute walk to our best swimming beaches and to the Adoquín, the heart of Puerto, where you'll find restaurants, shops, ATMs and other services. The house, sited on a spacious plant and tree-filled lot on a cliff, is designed for one or two mature adults. Sorry, no children. No exceptions. The minimum stay is one week.

• A cleaning person comes once a week to clean, and to change towels and sheets. An extra set of sheets and towels are available for emergencies.
• Beach towels provided
• Complimentary initial supplies of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid are provided.
• A gardener visits regularly, at least once a week.

• From after Spring Break through October
  US$600 per week
  US$2200 per month

• From November through Spring Break
  US$800 per week (one week minimum stay)
  US$3000 per month

  We're happy to answer any questions you might have. We welcome visitors who plan to spend at least one week. Rental rates decrease with longer stays. A 50% non-refundable refund is required to hold your reservation. Thanks for considering the Twin Cottages.
