Casa de Dan y Carmen has been built as a labor of love. Located on a hill overlooking Zicatela Beach and the world famous Mexican Pipe Line surf, our cozy community of our own home plus 11 cabañas and apartments is the perfect base for the young and the young at heart. (You can ask for directions at El Cafecito Restaurant on Calle de Morro, Zicatela Beach.) Surfers, swimmers, beach walkers, sunset aficionados, and lovers of good food have all come to appreciate the convenience and beauty of our accommodations. While the weather here is consistently warm and sunny, the ocean breeze and our thatched palapa roofs will keep you cool throughout your stay.
Our public areas, where you can lounge and visit with other guests, include a large lap pool, a rooftop terrace with spectacular views, and beautiful tropical gardens. Or, if it is solitude you are after, each of our units has a private terrace with its own hammocks.
Our apartments and cabañas are like rustic beach houses with all the comforts, including a secure screened bedroom with ceiling fan, complete kitchen, private bath, and terrace. Each has its own personality, carefully crafted from natural stone, red brick, earth tone walls, palm roofs, and hand painted tiles. Daily housekeeping is included.
Rates are between US$400 - $800 per month. Weekly rates available.
